Creating Dancing Josh
My name is Jennifer McCray, I'm the Author of Adventures of Dancing Josh Book Series, inspired by my Amazing Son Joshua. Raising a young boy as a single mother can at times definitely have it's challenges. ALL Parent's have Challenges! I choose to look at our life as a ADVENTURE of LOVE, GROWTH, and INSPIRATION.
Sometimes the hardest part is getting Joshua to understand that it's not always play time. We have clean up time, bed time, learning time and the list goes on. So, I asked myself, How can I create an environment of teaching responsibility and respect without him feeling like it's a punishment. How can I show him in a loving way what does respect and responsibility mean? How can I teach him being respectful and responsible at such a tender young age will benefit him?
Dancing Josh was created to help us look at the brighter side of life. As a single mother it's often times hard to get my little person to do as he's told. Through patience, partnership and making things full of fun and games, life became less stressful and more enjoyable.
So JUST SMILE it'll make you feel better.

This is such a cute book! I love that it had the fun elements of dancing and puppies but also can teach children about responsibility of caring for someone else.
